Ridhi & Sohum Wedding

This is the most personal project on my portfolio, and a direct reflection of my love for Ridhi & Sohum, my best friends since the 7th grade.
I was honored when they asked me to help design their wedding website and branding, and had the best time collaborating with Ridhi, who hand-drew all the illustrations and extended the brand identity to all print materials.
Design Foundations
Our earthy color palette was designed to pay homage to Ridhi & Sohum’s Indian roots, and echo the nature and landscape of Kerala, where the wedding took place.
We also designed a series of stamps inspired by vintage post travel (hand-drawn by Ridhi), and used Midjourney to generate landscape images of the beautiful scenery of Kerala. These stamp and polaroid motifs were scattered across the website to evoke a feeling of adventure and endless possibilities.
Brand Extension
Ridhi extended this brand identity to all wedding print materials — which, for a three-day wedding, was no small feat. From welcome notes, event signage, menus, and more, every surface maintained a consistent look and feel with the website.
